I was asked by Waterside Gallery in St Mawes if they could film me painting a local scene in the run up to an exhibtion of my work. I decided on this view, looking towards the Castle over Tavern beach. I really liked the subtleness of the colours during this overcast afternoon,the silvery greys add an atmosphere to the subject giving a totally different feel.
