Towards St Anthony Head

On this painting I am stood next to the Idles Hotel in St Mawes,looking across the water towards St Anthony Head. I was captured by the beautiful colours, the blues and greens of the water, with deep blues and purples where the rocks are just underneath the surface. The rocks in the foreground have vibrant yellows and siennas, with an almost illuminous green seaweed.
